IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?
Parking is provided by a 3rd party and is $5 (Cash only)
WHAT CAN WE BRING WITH US?
Upon arrival you will be going through a security checkpoint. None of the following will be permitted to enter. BAGS, WEAPONS, SMOKING DEVICES, LIGHTERS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, ETC. Nightmare Entertainment reserves the right to remove any and all guests from the property that do not comply with the rules and regulations with NO REFUND OR RETURN.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL?
Upon arrival all guests must enter through our security checkpoint. Please arrive 15- 20 minutes prior to your purchased time slot. Please note that your ticket timeslot is NOT your entry time, this is your line entry time. If you have not yet purchased a ticket, no worries we have a ticket booth onsite where tickets can be purchased.
HOW LONG ARE THE WAIT TIMES?
Wait times vary depending on how early, or late in the season you attend our show. On our heavier nights/ closer to Halloween expect wait times of 45-60 minutes. On slower nights or earlier time slots expect wait times of 15-30 minutes.
IS THERE FOOD/BEVERAGES?
Yes, we have food truck(s) on site nightly for you to grab a bite or drink from.
WHAT AGES ARE RECOMMENDED?
Our show is not recommended for ages 14 and under, however we leave the decision up to the parents. Please note infants - age 5 will NOT be allowed to enter our show. Our show is designed with loud noises and air blasts that can potentially harm a young child's eardrums as well as cause severe potential trauma. Our show is designed for guest to have fun and enjoy them never to put them in harms way.
WHAT TIME DOES THE TICKET BOOTH OPEN?
Our Security Checkpoint and Ticket Booth open at 6:30pm every night. Please keep in mind that your time slot is NOT your entry time to the show. This is your line entry time.
ARE THERE BATHROOMS ON SITE?
Yes, there are multiple porta potties on site in our main hub after the Security Checkpoint for our guests.
ARE THE ACTORS ALLOWED TO TOUCH US?
Our actors do NOT touch the guest(s) during our normal operating nights. Our actors are thoroughly trained and monitored through our security cameras throughout our show to make sure they do not touch our guests on our normal operating nights. Please note we are a haunted attraction, this means there are some tight corridors as well as dark spaces. An actor may accidently brush up against you in these spaces. Please note there is a difference between a light brush in passing, and grabbing, pulling, tugging, physically moving/handling. We take our actors and customers safety very seriously and continually monitor our show each and every night as to never put anyone in harms way.
IF I NO LONGER WISH TO CONTINUE CAN I LEAVE?
While we are a Haunted Attraction, we are not here to take anyone hostage. If at any point during the show you no longer wish to continue there are multiple emergency exits placed throughout our show where you can safely be escorted out. Please use code word "BANANA" and one of our actors will safely guide you to the nearest exit where a security guard will come and guide you back to our centralized hub.
